changes:
1. Forward Command now provides building space (forgot a slither of code required to do it until now)
2. Badger Bomber now drops two bombs at a time, giving it a total of 10 bombs it'll drop
3. Conyards and Forward Comms now give a small bit of power between them, allowing you to set up a base with a little more power to spare (+20 on Conyards and +30 on Forward Comms)
4. Ranger now has a Rocket style of attack, although ground only, it'll be a nuisance towards your enemy
5. Volkov and Chitzkoi now have Armor typings that're not 'None' since they "are" cyborgs (Volkov has Heavy Armor and Chitzkoi has Light Armor)

just going to warn you right now: i don't think it'll work on the Playtest of OpenRA, so use the Release for safety reasoning. though i think most of you migrated back to Release of the RA mod anyway, but just to clarify so no worries happen :P
