moved boxes around the bottom machine shop so the mechanics wouldn't accidentally get stuck. moved decorations in town for symmetry and ease of movement. added a couple neutral engineers in town and a few scrin engineers on corner tib fields for you to maybe kill for a little bounty and XP.
