Description:

In this modmap implemented an experimental idea:
MRJ can use a beam type weapon to disrupt Defenses.
Defenses affected will have no sight radius, cant
detect cloaked units, their turret turns very slowly,
and get a rate of fire reduction of -300%
The beam has the same range as the missile jamming,
and deactivates that while being used.
