Description:
Briefing: Checkbox for Blood effects and a separate checkbox to nerf damaged units and buildings. The nerfing applies to damaged units, reducing their speed, firepower, accuracy, reload time, and damage.
Interior Map Rules can be activated in Lobbyoptions - all air and water related mechanics are removed then.
