Description:
Fix for Multipolarity mission in CA v1.08.
Note that this will appear at the bottom of the mission browser under the "Missions" heading, but completing it will count for both the fixed and original versions.
Fixes issues with bases being incorrectly re-claimed, and a crash if bases were claimed at certain timings.
On windows put this in: %APPDATA%/OpenRA/maps/ca/1.08
