Description:
Checkbox for Blood effects and a separate checkbox to nerf damaged units and buildings. The nerfing applies to damaged units, reducing their speed, firepower, accuracy, reload time, and damage.
Added a lobbydescription and tuned the nerf a bit up because they where not really noticeable before.
