Description:
Survival death trap Arrakis. You have only few units and very limited forces. The commander must first deal with the very hostile environment of the desert. . Then choose the most convenient and safest route for his army. The operation of war is very expensive and sensitive. Every form of life or device has extra value in this inhospitable desert. The safest way to proceed with an army is with an experienced commander at the head. At least rank 5.

How to play L&A general hints.
A: hostile desert environment: First is mass deadly worm. All units must fear this unit. Even commanders. If close its killing the infantry and may eat up 1-4 units. A.I Bots need disable worms. Standard players custom is trike launch. Second is spice blooms causing moderate damage to all units even structures up to 7c0 if explode. Third is dusty environment slightly damaging all buildings passively.
B) Rank up the units. Combat xp per single unit extra valued.
Level 4 rank is first officer providing 20% firepower to all nearby units in 2c0 radius. Level 5 is something like high commander in the field or general rank prvoding the supervision and armor bonus +40% in 5c0 radius. Rank 6 is same like rank 5 but its gaining some additional cash. Rank 6 should be hidden and protected in the base.
C) Base maintenance: Work horse is engineer. Without these units the surviving in this Dune is very expensive. 1 Engineer among the four wind plants is standard. Other structures are less vulnerable against the dust. Wall is blocking most of projectiles but its costly. With a trick more than 10 squares can be constucted per single placement.
D) Assassins: Trikes and Ordos assassin can disrupt Engineers or eliminate the high-ranking officers. Also fremens can make some ambush. Fremens are best counter unit against the stealth operations.
Playing with a bots. disable worms. So AI can play something. 20 000 starting credits is for best game with AI bots. With a worms enabled. The playes always must be ready to pay a tribute for Shai-Hulud. 2-4 trikes. Or 2-4 harvesters will disappears.
