why do you keep uploading maps that already exist?
I answered your last comment already, its release balance...not BI 4.4
When did you answer my question? As far as I know this is the first time Im asking it.
Secondly, releasing maps for release balance is pointless. All decent players play on competitive balance.
I happen to believe the release is better balanced and more fun for team matches. Most players play BI because those are the only maps available.
