Description:

This map-mod tries to bring back the country bonuses of the original Red Alert game,
albeit in a limited capacity as in order to remain balanced.

Mod features:
Every country activates a bonus with owning a Tech Center. (any)
Its not possible of multiple country bonuses to stack,
nor is it possible to obtain another country's bonus otherwise.

The country tech bonuses are:
England: Units more durable.
France: Units reload faster.
Germany: Units hit harder.
Russia: Units are cheaper(& faster) to build.
Ukraine: Units move faster.
The bonus is always 10% and affects all of their units.
