Description:

GPS Sattelite is changed to behave like in the original game Red Alert, with one difference that it lasts for timed duration instead of being permanent.

GPS Sattelite changes:
Requires power and 4 minutes to charge-up (instead of 8 minutes)
Provides entire map vision when launched.
When is launched, lasts for 1.5 minute afterwards.
Needs to be manually activated when ready. (engine limitation)
Ongoing sattelite gets canceled while being on low power.
Charge-up process can be reset by hostile Spy, however not any ongoing Sattelite.
