Has same movespeed as a Medium Tank.
(Soviets) Armed with same cannon as the Allies AA Gun.
(Allies) Armed with dual version of Mobile Flak's weapon.
Can attack only Aircraft, turret turns fast.
Prerequisites a Tech Center.
Costs 850$ to build, leaves behind a husk.
