Addressed To: Commander Foxtrot November Golf.
A large Allied fleet is returning to their harbor base for refueling and resupply. We have set up an outpost in this region to destroy the supply base and wipe out the fleet. Use your submarines to take out any approaching cruisers before they can bombard your position.”
PS : On the Prowl was a Soviet mission cut from the final release of Red Alert. The mission was present in the v0.09c beta and was featured in several early trailers of the game.
