a) Officers individual combat skills decreased but ability power increased. Now its naturally better to have 1 Officer among group of soldiers instead usual very often group of officers only even for Human players. But now, they are easier to kill. Except rank 5. level General, his defensive aura was raised from 20 to 40%. Officer attack aura from 10 to 20%. Be careful with a loss of many officers in single small skirmish. Their auras abilities are now more valuable.
b) Siege tanks min range +1. Slightly improved damage to buildings and splash damage to infantry is little bigger. Carryall crash splash damage radius decreased. Sardaukar slightly nerfed damage. Devastator slightly decreased range of fire. Death-Hand damage area radius increased. Sometime better than older, but even sometime worse. Fremens MS slightly nerfed.
Map: Only some locations a have renewable resources. Latest update more appeals to the value of officers in the army, but above all the general or the leader himself is therefore better due to the ability for other units even if he himself was a little weakened in terms of his own combat parameters.
This version of rules should be in all my skirmish MP maps. But i will test it more, before add.
PS: Crates off...cause general is fucking good now. - Crate general will win many games :-)
PS: Very unbalanced terms with officers among the soldiers. The spice war is finally more none-stereotype. More weight on individual player combat skills, not only eco management.
Of cource macro players are in shit there, because aggressive disruptive player may have lucky attacks and benefit his successful attack by very valuable combat experience.

Death Hand from the blind...I wont it that way at first time...but it seems to be ok experiment. Some Death Hand is suck 0...Some is Hard-Core 5 Buildings crashed.

Latest top technology, but there is little SC rule for a tech role, but top unis nerfed for new versin of officers. Still very OP, but XP factor is decisive. LI more chances in right time attack especially with a officer.
If 2000 thought about it... They will only do ground. It was probably clear that it wouldn't catch on as bare as it was. Engine potential excellent for exchange.
Pain from Dune II is still known fact. This generations...Oh for me.
