Changes:
- Map size increased by 8 in each dimension for more flexible naval play
- Added two small islands in top left and bottom right corners
- Added map lighting
- Added critters
- Fixed bridgeheads
- Moved Player B start so player locations are now equal
- Added tiles and props from more recent releases
