Description:

Last Europe Map of this size. I like Europe because it requires strategy who you attack, where you attack, and how. It utilizes all RA units and isnt locked into a meta.

- Roughly followed geological features and major mountain ranges
- Oil positions somewhat similar to real world deposits,
- Tried to compensate fore manufacturing centers with ore deposits etc (except for artic areas)
- Linked N Africa and Europe
- Tried to place correct capitals for major countries and forward commands for minor countries (or in the case where spawns would be too close).

Rev 4: Fixed stacked F-Coms, ballanced spawns a bit by putting a few tech buildings in:
- Radar in France,
- SD in Germany
- PP in Greece,
- Domes in the middle African coast spawns.

Rev 5. - Fixed some missed tile errors, made center spawn in Germany and middle of Africa a bit better.

Made those changes due to how those players often have trouble.
