Description:
V4 :
- fixed again tree colors
- changed water color
- changed the FALL trees color scheme
- changed the FALL weather particle colors

- fixed tree colors (some trees didn't change their colors)
- changed ground color (bit more colourful)

- added a tree rim around themap
