Description:
HandiCap version
------------------
This contains custom scripting options that provide team handicap features.
In a situation where one team is dominant over the other, or one team contains more players, this can be used to even the playing field.
Options include
------------------
Cash Handicap - One team will start with (25% - 100%) more cash than the other team.
Unit Handicap - One team will receive reinforcements after the mentioned time (light - 90 seconds, or medium - 3 minutes)
