Making the map fully naval, yet obeying the same structure as "Archipelago".

Map made geometrical, to study the new naval rules, and the new possibilities in terms of naval mapmaking

FRenzy's naval rules :
• All vehicles float at ~25% speed (T1 at ~50%) (Minelayer can place mines on water)
• Ships can cross bridges and mud
• Naval Transport carries 15 infantry (3 to 5 vehicles)

• New "Coastal Turret"
• New naval unit : the "Missile Submarine" becomes a Destroyer-like
The original siege unit "Missile Submarine" is now named "ICBM Submarine"
• General naval balance between factions (unit stats, tech tree)

• Spy Plane detects submarines, Sonar Pulse added to the Naval Yard
