my two cents(using the screenshot of the previous revision, since there is no new one):
-maybe just personal preference, but gem mines are always wonky ... in this map you can gain a gem mine and potentially pressure the doulbe mine expo, which is to be avoided imo
-hospitals behind broken bridges, usually people don t value hospitals that high which might have u end up with never seeing them in play since there is no reason tu build a second engineer other than repairing that bridge (maybe swap 1 derrick with the hospital)
- same goes for the double mine expos to the side (theoretically you can access your own expo and pressure the other with one mcv)
+ very open, invites to flank
+ breaking the 2+1 standard layout for starting ore mines
++big boy map
