Start bottom left with very few ore but several derricks and some neutral buildings allies and soviet scattered nearby.
Fill in with different AI composition/location and deal with that mess.
Some spots will make AI use boats but it tends to lag the game.
Top left vs Bottom right 3V3 is fun to watch AI fight and seems an even match.
