Adjustments Made by Schneckenhof:

- Remade and expanded top right island to expand its size.
- Removed several Oil derricks on each side for balance.
- Tweaked locations of several remaining Oil derricks and a few other neutral buildings.

-Biggest Tweak: Removed the excessive number of spawn locations from utterly unplayable(32) down to a more reasonable number (12).

-Adjusted spawn lettering so that Top left of map with Top Right corner island are A-F, and Bottom Right of map with Bottom Left Corner are G-L.
