Changelist:
-Reduced central ore on each side of river.
-Completed road system.
-Added Capture building's on each side of river near mid bridge.
-Reduced oil along river and adjusted placement.
-Reduced oil at top bottom, and sides from 4 to 2.
Adjusted the cliffs and cliff oil placement at top right and bottom left of map.
-Adjusted spawn locations slightly.
-A couple of fun surprises.
