Changes:
Reduced Ore and Ore Spawns.
Added a few more oil derricks.
Added Walls around some existing oil derricks.
Added A middle island and reduced middle bridge length.
Added oil on Middle island.
Added Base Expansion Building on middle island.
Widened river around middle island.
Replaced tide pools with Gem and Gem mines.
Relaid bottom bridge to hopefully reduce glitching.
