Download the map and open it with winzip. extract the contents to see how map.yaml references a rules.yaml which overrides distribution of crates and gives the minigunner an artillery cannon.

To create your own test maps, simply extract any of the default maps from the map folder and apply your overrides like in the example. Then compress all the extracted files to a new archive, and rename the file ending to .oramap.
