Just played some games on it; I think it's too low on ore mid/late game, as there are only 6 mines per player. Oil derricks don't help much as they just get destroyed by that time.

Some additional mines are needed - maybe making outside expansion patches doublemine?

@netnazgul, thanks for the review. Want to make the necessary edits? I currently don't have a good grasp on the map since it's been a while when I saw a game on this map.
