Yes its not easy to balance the hinds.
In round 2 its limited to 3 because of that.
As soviet you have flak trucks so it should be no problem but for allies its hard. was thinking about an aa-gun buildable at the mechanic-trigger, maybe i go this way but have to test some more games against humans first.
I only added the engie to give the players a unit wich must be destroyed to win the game if they only buy no required units ( planes/helis, pistol dudes, stealthtanks or units with no attack option ).
Yes the nuketimer was a bit too short i raised it from 3000 to 4000 ticks, i think that should be enough its a minigame and should not last too long.

If one micros their Hinds they are overpowered, there are no flack trucks so hinds can pick off all rocket soldiers with minimal casualties then continue eating away everything else. Engineers are useless because one can capture only after the enemy has no units to defend him self and if the enemy has no units it means it's gg
also nuke is overpowered
