Description:
tweaked some stats and added a new unit into the game.
-Volkov was getting lonely without his pet Husky: Chitzkoi. so he's back, with a new trick. as well as being able to maul the throat out of the enemy from long distance, he is how you're going to demolish buildings using c4 while Volkov provides him save passage.
-the bombs dropped from the controllable badger were kinda lackluster from initial tests, so they've been given more damage and are more useful against none-armored targets
-the napalm missiles used on the Hind's Hellstorm also proved to be lackluster against their respected targets, so they've been modified to benefit and utilise it's proper usage of wiping out infantry from long range from the safety(?) of the air.
i must've loaded the explosive units with duds or something... anyway: they'll be more effective, and with Chitzkoi now in the Soviet's might: the Allies will not stand a chance! enjoy.

oh, quick heads up i just set up: Volkov can't be crushed anymore, but i forgot to make Chitzkoi also unable to be crushed. that'll be fixed interfrastically for the next build, but for right now: i just wanna mess around and see what people think of this for Unplugged. enjoy!
