Custom Rules:
Technology Center (Communication Center):
-Has the same stats as a regular Communication Center but will provide access to a Faction specific special Unit.
-"Rebuildable": Can be destroyed, reseting ownership and leaving a husk that is invulnerable and capturable (40 sec) and transform back to a Technology Center.
Bio Lab:
-Same as above for the Technology Center. It provides access to the Desolator Infantry.
Faction specific special units:
England
-Sniper: The well known Sniper but slightly less HP and detectable as a Hijacker.
France
-Mirage Tank: Fast Combat Tank that can disguise itself as some Allied Vehicles. Equiped with Anti Infantry Cannon.
Germany
-Machine Gunner: Long ranged fire support infantry, equiped with rapid firing machine gun (similar stats as a M60MG (found on APC and Jeep) but fires its burst in a straight line)
Russia
-Volkov: Heavy armored cyborg Commando with C4 and HE Pistol. Uncrushable and does not prone when taking damage. Self Heals below 50%.
Ukraine
-Grenade Launcher: Fire Support Unit equiped with long range Grenade launcher (same Grenades as regular Grens).
Bio Lab Unit:
-Desolator Infantry: Experimental Elite Infantry with Toxic Weaponry. Slows Infantry's fire rate and movement speed but deals low damage. Destroys Ore.
Abandoned Ore Mine:
-Capturable Ore Mine which will seed resource(3x times faster than regular Ore Mine) when an Enginner is garrisoned inside. No resource seeding if no Enginner is inside it.
-Destroyable: Upon destruction destroys Ore in a 3.5 cell radius and deals heavy damage to nearby units.
-"Rebuildable": Every time it is destroyed it leaves an invulnerable husk that can be recaptured (75 sec capture time)
-Self Heals to 100% if Enginner is inside. (Regular Self Heal rules apply)

The map has too many details on it, which makes it a bit chaotic visual-wise. Also the mine count is too much for 1v1, with 9 ore and 2 gem mines per player. May easily remove side 2-mine patches.
