Neo Alcatraz
Description:
First Revision of Neo Alcatraz. Added Creep Adv power plants (Teslas didn't power previously), creep mobile gap generators, some creep land units, as well as creep subs and ships. The additions are intended to prevent rushing to mid island. I also removed Biological Facilities (I'm not crazy about Ants).
