Might need a revision on ore placement - left spawn and bottom expansion both are better than right ones

By better I was noting the refinery access for those - ore truck congestion is easier when ore is accessed from the bottom, and less space for maneuver when accessed from the right. So maybe you can try and "rotate" ore patches there a bit to alleviate this

Ahhh... Now I understand(I hope). I've never once considered the space for maneuvering and ore truck congestion. Only the distance to the ore.
