Description:

--- One4All Gamemode (Version 180319) ---
Gamemode Rules: First X Players do start as Main Players, every other Player acts as a Micro Player.
- Micro Players: They do not start with a Base or any units and their Cash is set to zero at the beginning. They start with the Support Powers "Take Units" and "Return Units". Their only task is to micro the units of their Mains.
- Main Players: These Players start as usual with a MCV and their Starting Units. They've only the access to the Support Power "Return Units" to return their own units.
- Take Units: Changes the owner of any unit in an area from a main player into yours.
- Return Units: Returns the units in an area to their original player.

Gameplay Changes:
- Tech buildings are Recapturable but start with 1% Health if doing do
- Every player in a team benefits from the effects of a captured Hospital or Biological Lab
Balancings:
- APC: Requires Com.Center now
- MCV: Cost reduced from $4000 to $3000, Speed reduced by 15%
- Commando: Cost reduced from $2000 to $1500
- Rocket Launcher: Cost reduced from $1000 to $850
- Artillery: Inaccuracy reduced by 25%, Damage spread reduced by 40%
