Description:

Changelog:
-Renamed "Destroyed Hospital (Recapturable)" to "Hospital (Destroyed)", as it is not actually recapturable. (This map doesn't contain any
destroyed hospitals, but if people copy+paste this stuff to make their own lava maps, they would import that, too)
-Added a lua script, to display the map briefing once the game has started (as apparently people never read it in the lobby, or briefing tab)
-Added sprites and dead sequences for Pillbox, Turret, Flametower and Tesla Coil.
-Added neutral destroyed structures using said sprites and added some of them to the destroyed bases in the corners of the map
-Made the bridges destroyable (this looks like it's a bug in OpenRA, and wasn't caused by this mod-map)
