Description:

Changelog (in comparison to regular BME):
These changes are experimental and probably unbalanced, but then again BME and "balance" don't go well together.

General:
-New Tech-Level: Abogalipse :-DDD - Multiple Superweapons - every Adv Comm gives one Ion Cannon etc
-All civilians are now immune to Tiberium

All Factions:
-Supply Trucks now have the same weapons as civilians (the mini-nuke)
-Combat Chinooks come loaded with a single Generic Artillery

GDI:
-Tried to tweak A10 behaviour with strafing run mechanics, but it doesn't seem to make a big difference
-Spamadier grenade speed varies from 100 to 150 (used to constant 100)

Nod:
-FTNK attack replaced with a "Fire Beam" - range of 6, damages everything in a target+6 tiles cone (I'd rather go for something, where the target position does not matter and that it will always damage everything in a set distance, but this can't be done the way I want it to, so this is the best solution I can think of)
-FTNK explosion damage reduced by ~10% vs other FTNKs (main explosion damage reduced by 15%, fireball damage reduced by 10%)
-Increased Kamikaze plane damage to 675 (from 600)
-Increased Disco Infantry damage to 23 (from 22)
-MG Bomber Plane now has 16 bombs (from 12) and bomb firing rate increased to 8 (from 10)
