Description:
One of my old modmaps, without the mod. Changed some stuff from the lastest modmap version.
Still says Advanced, as i wanted to keep Ukrainian and German flags.
Revision Changes:
- Updated Ukrainian SSR flag to use Light Blue instead of dark.
