Description:
Really liked original but needed more reason to build navy. Oils had too many barrels and no tech structures.
Added islands and adjusted map so naval can be viable. Islands up top are small so while resource rich, players will have to focus on mainland.
Removed OP Communications Centers. Had no idea original map maker had them.
