Description:
Since Im very interested in Ora and I want every unit in the game being a viable strategy I decided to fight the Naval problematic.
These are the changes:
- Sub Pent and Naval Yard:
#detection range against Water added and set to 10c0
#cost of both buildings to 650$
- added Sea Scorpion to Soviets:

#new Icon added by MustaphaTR
#cost to 600$
#has the modell of the Gun Boat from Allies
#uses the same weapons as the Mobile Flak AA weapon but the ground weapon got modified:
None: from 40 to 50
Wood: from 10 to 30
Light: from 60 to 25
Heavy: from 10 to 15
- Missilbe Sub:
#spread from 2c938 to 0c512
#AA weapon has been removed
#ground weapon damage from 25 to 50
#minimum range of 3c0 added
- Cruiser:
#attackrange from 16c0 to 22c0
#spread from 2c938 to 2c0
#minimum range increased from 3c0 to 4c0
- Sea Transport:
#from 700$ to 850$
#transport cap from 5 to 16
#Vehicles weight (cargo) cap has been set from 1 to 2 means only 8 vehicles can be loaded into one Sea Transport
- added Soviet Chinook to Soviets
