Removed inaccessible creeps (it was affecting AI behaviour when playing with bots)
Removed wandering visceroids, replaced with guard towers and chem troopers that won't wander into people's bases
Adjusted each player's neutral buildings, each player has their own hospital, guard tower and pair of silos to capture.
Improved coverage of map border
