Description:
All units movement speed slightly slowed. All GDI tanks required service facility. Flameweapons increase spread damage but decrease range of fire. Air combat changed. Small rockets do less damage to Aircraft. Air Strike only GDI. Old C&C odds tower Defence. Nod early advantage: more type of basic units. Arty is no requiring HQ anymore. Patriot Sam Launcher is more expensive but can attack Ground targets by manual control of fire usefull for firesupport VS GDI tanks. HP of Patriot Sam Launcher decreased. HP of Stealth tank slightly Increased. Civilians structures can be completely destroyed without leaving the unpassable Husks.

Old Veterancy de Noob is learning again. Should be fully playable. Several time tested. Mostly 3x GDI vs 3x Nod. Seems to be balanced. Bot is mostly defeating me everytime by anything. But im Testing not a full playing. Rarely PvP online.
1.2 Version CZ
Seems to be final for some time...even not all uprages are not directly accord my wish. Program is hard for Scripting...Easily Crashing or dismatching the Game Version. This 1.2 Version were allready Tested by full house of none AI players 3v3 Top VS Bottom and its working perfectly.
Just another wonderfull work with 25 lint errors with no affecting the Gameplay.
