Description:

Rev. 1: Removed a layer of oils, sprites with animations, and filled in ore patches in the hope to improve fps.

Worked on this map for a while to relax. Wanted to make the middle more viable with more breathing room, and the edges with less (to make up for their security). Also tried to make it close to the real world....

> Using Google & various maps, changed the map to more resemble N. Africa & Europe
> Used the US Energy Information Administration to place oil derricks APPROXIMATELY on proven reserves
> Used EU maps of roads to again APPROXIMATE the road ways
> Used Geological info to do the same with mountains.
