Description:
-Dreadnought has an increase in inaccuracy (making it mildly fairer for Cruiser fights)
-Destroyer fires 6 missiles instead of 2
-Frigate now has it's turreted gun fire at the same time with both it's barrels (dealing double the damage it did)
-Soviet Gunboat is equipped with a machine gun instead of a auto-cannon (giving it a different fighting style against Allied Gunboats)
-Naval Yard now is one building for both factions (all navy between the factions function like RA3's "Top Secret Protocols" where you can only get the navy of what faction you're in and not anyone else's). this also means the repair bug is fixed and ready to go.
